[tbb-dev] Migrating Orbot to Kotlin?

I did a clean implementation entirely in Kotlin. It's still bare-bones and
only tested on Mac. The library handles configuration, installation and
starting of Tor. It also has features for sending control messages,
including adding of onions. I still need to add management clients for
JavaFx/Android.
