[tbb-dev] tor-browser-launcher missing TBB 6.5 signing subkey

Hi,

tor-browser-launcher users are reporting validation failures for Tor
Browser 6.5:

Tor Browser 6.5 was signed by a new subkey.
But apparently tor-browser-launcher hard-codes the old subkeys.
