[tbb-dev] WebExtensions

I suppose folks know that FireFox plans to adopt WebExtensions.  And I
might eventually deprecate XUL.  

Mozilla has a survey at http://bit.ly/webextensions-apis asking what
WebExtensions APIs developers want.
