There is a friend of Tor designing the B2G privacy panel as we
speak. B2G doesn't have PBM, but will present a simplified panel
(even with proxy support) like you're suggesting.

So there's a question of privacy panel convergence in Mozilla
products as well as TBB. Probably something Polaris intends to
coordinate?
