Time is the issue.  Currently, our top priorities are bug #4234 
(updater), fixing critical Tor Launcher issues, and assisting with 
Firefox patches (a new ESR release is coming soon from Mozilla, which 
will cause a spike in workload for all TBB developers, including us).
