 In Tor Browser 9.5a7 there is a problem after it opens and reads the torrc
 file.

 It gets to the line `%include /path/to/folder/` and then rewrites the
 torrc file without the `%include` line, but with all the options it just
 read in.

 This has happened to me in the past, but this time it didn't honor the
 fact I'd already set up a `ClientOnionAuthDir` option. It overwrote my
 path with the default for macOS.

 Taking advantage of
 [https://trac.torproject.org/projects/tor/ticket/31408#comment:10 another
 person's troubleshooting] I removed all "torrc" holding only comments.

 That didn't fix the problem of the torrc being rewritten without the
 desired `%include`.
