[tbb-bugs] tor browser 9.5.1 on windows gets faulty bridges

Hi,

i'm facing the issue with TOR browser 9.5.1 on Windows 10 (versions
1809 and 1903) when trying to get some bridges via TOR browser. I am
able to get bridges after solving the captcha, but these bridges are
"static" for some time and requesting the new bridge and solving the
captcha again changes nothing.

In the morning I've got these two bridges and they never worked:

and this pair doesn't work too. I tried direct connection and used my
PIA VPN without any luck. However, I can safely use bridges from this
page:
https://bridges.torproject.org/options

It seems like a bug for me as the desired/expected behavior is:
- to be sure that provided bridges are ok and could be used without
any issues on uncensored network (at least)
- when "Request a New Bridge..." button is clicked I expect to see
new/different bridges after captcha is solved

It is not a big deal for me, but my non-technical users won't be able
to deal with this issue. Feel free to ask me to provide any additional
information from me - I'm really interested in solving this.

P.S. sorry if I chose wrong mailing list, but trac. is dead, gitlab is
