 Turns out that was due to me not backporting the fix for 1566288 properly.
 Thanks to Shravan's help I can avoid backporting the fix for bug 1595617
 and thus save one commit. `bug_32380_v12`

 browser.git/log/?h=bug_32380_v12) has the fixups.
