 The tar files themselves are a few bytes off (looks to be due to timestamp
 differences on files). But after unarchiving, the following directories
 all have the same size

  * libevent --disable-libevent-regress --disable-samples
  * libevent --disable-libevent-regress
  * libevent --disable-samples
  * libevent
