 Similar to #26600 there are new WebGL extensions that got introduced since
 Firefox 60 ESR. In Firefox 67 support for `​EXT_float_blend` got
 introduced in ​https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1535808.

 We should verify that it is disabled.
