 Of course
 switching security.sandbox.content.level to 0 didn't change anything.

 separately switched media.cubeb.sandbox to false
 And now warning with cubeb look like this:

 Also in Tor-browser on youtube.com page (which I use for testing purposes)
 now claims that Pulseaudio isn't installed(browser shows popup message)

 It is like because of sandboxing Browser is unable to detect/communicate
 with Pulseaudio.
