 So, without disabling that pref the fix is not working, right? At any
 rate, picked the patches Mozilla actually landed on the esr branch
 (commits 421a5cdf1349d7fa0dfbbe7f1ee8146e435c1b97 and
 428fad69b4b0baa331d0e8be8c4012145ecae726) and added your
 `security.nocertdb` workaround on top of it (commit
 edf18e747ca8949a877f9c41575ce679ce99eb77). All of those commits are on the
 `tor-browser-60.6.1esr-8.0-1` branch. Let me know whether that looks good.
