 Is this still happening?
 - there's a comment here [1] (and screenshot, which looks OK to me) about
 Linux not using the height available (from what I can tell), but it's 17
 months old
 - I think this could be closed, especially given RFP letterboxing is
 coming in ESR68, as well as a lot of changes that were made to chrome
 resizing since this ticket was opened

 PS: we seem to have a plethora of open tickets on window sizing, mostly
 old and out of date
