 Rebased against wine master after they pushed a fix to our crash from last
 week:

 wine: https://github.com/pospeselr/wine/commits/bug_27503

 Updated the 27503 patch with latest widl from wine and removed the VERSION
 related changes to mingw as they aren't necessary to get the build
 working:

 tor-browser-build: soon

 test builds:

 i686: soon
 amd64: soon
