 It does work inside Firefox esr60. Kathy and I spent a little time trying
 to debug the problem but did not get very far. We did notice that
 disabling multiprocess mode (`browser.tabs.remote.autostart = false` fixes
 the problem, but disabling the content sandbox alone
 (`security.sandbox.content.level = 0`) does not fix the problem.
