 Another thing is we can probably break the `mingw-w64-clang` project a bit
 more up. I guess we could factor out the llvm/clang/lld compilation which
 would make it easier to use that part and we would not need to recompile
 it if we, say, change some `mingw-w64` commit. But I am not so sure about
 the benefits for doing the same with libcxx* etc.
