 So, I wonder what on your machine is interfering here with Tor Browser. I
 still bet my money on your Antivirus tool. Could you get rid of it for
 testing (not just disabling)? If not, I we can try to debug this harder
 once the issue comes back. Another good thing to understand is is to
 figure out how you are getting  Tor Browser to run again when this
 happens. Do you have steps for that?
