 Go to https://torproject.org, look at the circuit info. Then open
 `about:config` in that tab and look at the circuit info.

 Expected result: no circuit info as `about:config` is an internal page
 Actual result: the circuit used for loading torproject.org gets displayed
 with the option to change it etc.
