 Could you provide us with more information to track your issue down?
 First, what operating system are you using? Does this happen as well with
 a clean, new Tor Browser installed to a different location? Is that a
 64bit or a 32bit bundle? Does that happen as well with a normal Firefox
 ESR 60 which Tor Browser is build upon (you can find versions to test with
 on https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/organizations/all/)?
