Comment:

 Setting `privacy.spoof_english` to `1` (which means not spoofing
 `intl.accept_languages`) instead of
 `extensions.torbutton.prompted_language` to `true` is solving the issue.

 This is done in commit `c91e6d363a2523e1cc8d4bc3d85a9b4d432ad636`.
