Comment:

 Yes, the refresh option is #24993. The support link is #23129. The
 onboardin ID is okay, we use the code from Mozilla with slight
 modifications.

 I guess what we could say is "Tor Browser" instead of "Firefox" and then
 on the next line our version (like "8.5a4) and in parentheses "based on
 Mozilla Firefox 60.3.0esr" similar to the about Tor Browser dialog.
