[tbb-bugs] #28188 [Applications/Tor Browser]: firefox.exe has moved or changed (was: I installed tor a few days ago with no issue. After it updated it keeps telling me that the item firefox.exe has moved or changed. I have uninstalled and reinstalled and the same issue. I am on a hp laptop with mozilla firefox as the main browser. Its a brand new computer)

New description:

 I installed Tor Browser a few days ago with no issue.  After it updated it
 keeps telling me that the item firefox.exe has moved or changed.  I have
