 — I think the smarter choice is to make the Tor Browser 8 default
 resolution the same as the Tor Browser 7 default resolution: 1000 wide x
 1000 high, as in Tor Browser 7 in its original default state except for
 the following two configurations: (1) the horizontal Bookmarks Toolbar was
 visible beneath the address bar, and (2) the custom Bookmarks Toolbar
 Items was present in the toolbar.

 — Tor Browser 8 has default resolution 1000 wide x 1000 high, but the
 resolution changes to 1000 wide x 998 high after I enable the following
 two custom configurations that I think most users prefer, especially users
 relying on Tor Browser anonymity and privacy for all or most of their
 browsing activities: (1) the horizontal Bookmarks Toolbar is visible
 beneath the address bar, and (2) the custom Bookmarks Toolbar Items is
 present in the toolbar.

 — The Tor Browser 7 default resolution was 1000 wide x 1000 high in its
 original default state, except for the following 2 custom configurations:
 (1) the horizontal Bookmarks Toolbar was visible beneath the address bar,
 and (2) the custom Bookmarks Toolbar Items was present in the toolbar.

 — With those two configurations, (1) and (2), Tor Browser 7 resolution was
 1000 wide x 1000 high, but, with those two configurations, Tor Browser 8
 resolution is 1000 wide x 998 high.

 — Justification: in Tor Browser 7 and Tor Browser 8, when (1) the
 horizontal Bookmarks Toolbar is visible beneath the address bar, and (2)
 the custom Bookmarks Toolbar Items is present in the toolbar, the path to
 the target bookmark or bookmarks folder, visible in the horizontal
 Bookmarks Toolbar beneath the address bar, is shorter—more user-
 friendly—than the path to the same target when (3) no horizontal Bookmarks
 Toolbar is visible beneath the address bar.
