 This happens to me a lot, just browsing on slashdot in "Safest" security
 level
 It will freeze, like many times when I am scrolling down. One core will
 peg at 100% when it is frozen, usually 10-30 seconds, sometimes longer.
 Usually with 3-8 tabs open, but not predictible.

 I run uBlock Origin, not Adblock Plus, but maybe is same issue? Otherwise
 clean tor browser.

 Worked OK on tor browser 7.x, problem started with 8.x.
 Problem on Ubuntu 18.04 32-bit, and also on Ubuntu 18.10 64-bit --- same.

 Slashdot has a lot of blocking on uBlock Origin, sometime over 100, not
 sure if that is why? But it happens on other sites, too, not just
 slashdot.
