Comment:

 Adding sysrqb to the huge cc list, to get him thinking about how this idea
 would work on mobile. Would Tor Launcher just do the same thing on Android
 as it does in Tor Browser? I think it depends on Tor Browser Android's
 interaction with Orbot.
