 (answering a question from #tor-dev) The macOS "installer" is just a
 mountable disk image (.dmg file) which contains `Tor Browser.app`, a
 symlink to `/Applications`, and a background graphic. The icon that is
 shown is pulled out of `Tor Browser.app` by the Finder the same way it is
 when you have a copy of `Tor Browser.app` on your desktop. In other words,
 if you put the new icon in the .app the installer should pick it up
 automatically.
