 It seems that Tor (started from command line) is missing a lot of
 processes. But why?! I am using the working directory cd "C:\Tor
 Browser\Browser\".
 Also I have noticed that in the log snippet of starting Tor from command
 line: There is **No "Read configuration file ..\torrc-defaults"** as in
 that of starting Tor from Tor Browser.
