 You are actually right with #26205. At least that's the ticket I had in
 mind for this issue. Could be that #26319 is actually a duplicate but I am
 not sure but IIRC the bug occurred even before the packaging step. I just
 modified the Makefile to work around that issue back then which is okay
 for now I think even though we might want to have a proper patch
 eventually.
