 i can't intentionally duplicate it... it would take a very long time to
 try and find the last version that didn't do this... the problems happen
 randomly...

 the issue where it takes a very, VERY long time to load would take less
 time, but i will have to get back to that when i have more time for all
 the installing, uninstalling and testing..


 i have, however, tried one additional trouble shooting method that i hope
 will help you track it down...

 i have tried having two windows open at the same time and leaving it that
 way... eventually, one will freeze/hang/etc, but the other will still work
 normally... i'm not able to grab tabs from the non-working window, and it
 has all the problems described earlier... so i have to close the
 non=working window... but i can still use the working one normally...

 so from there, after i close the frozen/broken window and start using the
 working one, i then open another window again.... eventually the same
 thing will happen

 again, when the bad window breaks, it's almost always upon waking from
 hibernation... and no matter what i do, they always take a very long time
 to load upon waking, more than 10 times longer than my other browsers...

 also, i tried the version 8 alpha and it froze much more quickly, so i
 downgraded.... it was a lot worse... so i have had to downgrade back to
 7.5...

 overall, comparing the past several versions, when it comes to the
 freezing/hanging/etc, the 7.5 is doing the best... it doesn't happen
 nearly as often... it happens, but like i said not nearly as often... the
 VERY slow load has not changed though...

 have i sent you a speccy during the loading process?... is that something
 that would help you diagnose the slow loading?..
