Comment:

 Here is a patch that address some of the about:tor issues:

 It turns out that we cannot use higher resolution PNGs at this time
 because of #27357. We should fix that ticket of #27002 soon.

 Also, the onion circles located near the bottom of the page are not added
 dynamically; we just have a fixed number of them. Previously there were 14
 in each row; now we have 20 in the top row and 21 in the bottom row. This
 should make it much less likely that users will see onion-less space on
 the sides of the page (it will still happen if they have a very large
 display).
