 Looking at the pad a little more, I see that TBA does not include the
 circuit display onboarding... but we do have it for desktop. That means we
 need updated text for the Circuit Display panel. I think what Kathy and I
 proposed in comment:5 is better than what is at the end of the pad, but I
 am happy to use whatever someone else decides is best.
