 I have added it to transifex at https://www.transifex.com/otf/torproject
 /tba-android_stringsdtd/

 and it checks the file at

 https://gitweb.torproject.org/tor-
 browser.git/plain/mobile/android/base/locales/en-US/android_strings.dtd

 as its source. This may need to be updated later one, but the translation
 memory will repopulate the strings if they appear on another file.
