 Steps to reproduce:
 1. go to https://riot.im/app
 2. login to account (can be new account)
 3. wait about 15 minutes

 At least these versions affected:
 - TorBrowser Linux 7.0.7
 - TorBrowser Linux 7.0.8
 - TorBrowser Linux 7.5a6
