 Some possibilities:

 - Bug not reproducible on Linux
 - It is some kind of an IP ban, retrying with new circuit may help
 - You clicked the links at the top of the page (Files, Images, Videos ..)
 instead of the tabs that are at the middle (Desc, Files, Images, Posts ..)
