 is up for review. It fixes the compilation issue in comment:20 with a
 binutils patch and bumps the selfrando commit to fix a crash encountered
 while testing.

 This patch looks good to me.

 I also opened #22194 to apply the same changes into `tor-browser-
 build.git`.
