 I am running VirtualBox 5.1.14 on a Windows host. I can freely resize the
 browser window with no auto resizing happening. Console looks empty. I
 haven't used virtual machines for a long time but I just downloaded Tor
 Browser 6.0.8 to try and the problem is still there. To be sure, I tested
 3 different debian systems under VirtualBox. I don't have one outside of
 VirtualBox to try.
