 Sorry for the confusion, altough I am not sure how to phrase it otherwise.
 uBlock is "not working" as in the functionality of uBlock (e.g. blocking
 ads, displaying 3rd party sources) is not working. The settings, icon,
 etc... is still there and alive. I can install the addon just fine, it
 just doesn't do what it's supposed to do.

 The delay is mostly just there after installing/updating uBlock, and it
 has been there since TB 7. The delay was also there when uBlock was still
 working correctly before the upgrade to 7.0.11, and it is still happening
 on TB 7.0.11.
