 In branch `bug_23738` I added some ansible scripts to deploy fpcentral to
 forrestii.torproject.org:

 We are using wsgi to run it from apache:
 http://flask.pocoo.org/docs/0.12/deploying/mod_wsgi/

 The missing part is the apache config, for which I need to open a new
 ticket.
