 no need to hurry up with this until Mozilla decides to break esr52
 entirely in subsequent updates.

 I don't think we should take the risk that this is happening with secruity
 updates because Mozilla is assuming only SSE2 capable machines will run
 Firefox ESR 52 on Windows.
