 What is the resolution of your screen? And why do you think it only
 occurred on some OSs? Is there a taskbar or something else taking up
 space? I notice that the network prefs dialog that Tor Browser inherits
 from Firefox (at Preferences > Advanced > Network > Settings) is taller
 than Tor Browser's Privacy and Security Settings window. Do you run into
 the same problem for that dialog?
