Comment (by arma):

 The plan as I understood it is that Geko and/or Isabela (somebody pick
 one?) are going to ask disconnect for some statistics on how many searches
 Tor Browser users produce, and that will help Shari figure out how smart
 it would be for us to point at DuckDuckGo directly.

 And in the mean time, the decision for TB 6.0 (between option 2 and option
 3) is not super critical, since we can always change things in a point
 release once we have a clearer answer.
