 Yes, it was fixed my problem!

 What are a next steps? Tor binary, Torbutton, Tor Launcher, HTTPS-
 Everywhere, NoScript and Pluggable Transports?

 P.S. I'm sorry for a detailed description of build procedure. I thought it
 was important.
