 One thing I have noticed recently I am not sure if it happened before but
 sometimes Tor launcher takes about 45 seconds - 2 minutes to load while
 other times it is less than 15-20 seconds.

 First I thought it was to do with connection taking long to establish but
 I think it may be something else because once I open Tor Browser within 15
 seconds I immediately close it and try to open again and it takes 45
 seconds - 2 minutes which makes me question what the problem may be. Is
 this normal?
