Comment:

 Moving to Tor Browser component, as place where binary was built.

 Need to investigate MinGW code, since bug located there. Problem is when
 `__write_memory ((void *) reloc_target, &reldata, 4)` called,
 `reloc_target` is invalid for some reason.
