 hear is the info i can provide that you have asked for my screen reader is
 called nvda it can be downloaded at  www.nvaccess.org/ i am using the
 windows 7 operating system  my browser  variant  is tor browser  if that
 is what you meant  by browser  variant  Maybe i am wrong maybe its not the
 way that tor button is set up maybe my screen reader is limited  i could
 be wrong about the tag   but a suggestion that I would like to make if it
 appears  to be my screen reader not  reading the toolbars right is could
 we have the tor button on the menus as well like on tools with the HTTPS
 menu  in tools  or when you right click from anywhere in the page  you get
 a sub menu  of tor buttons functions  just like in no script
