 I set India IP ExitNodes {in}  StrictExitNodes 1 in my torrc file. However
 with this configuration it is taking an IP 120.29.xxx.xxx whose reverse
 look up shows in originates in Japan Tokyo. Is this a bug?
 Kindly confirm. I am using Tor Browser 5.0.6 on Windows 7.
