Comment:

 Are you using a non-default homepage on browser start-up? If so, does this
 issue go away if you reset the homepage to `about:tor`? And the prompt
 goes away after you are clicking three times on "OK" just clicking on "x"
 does not count. You might have clicked on it by accident.
