 tor-win32-tor-0.2.5.10.zip in 4.0.1 did not abort livevent-2-0-5.dll.
 But, this version is not able to connect(SSL version is old?). I wait
 5minits.

 tor-win32-tor-0.2.5.11.zip in 4.0.6 aborted livevent-2-0-5.dll.
 tor-win32-tor-0.2.5.12.zip in 4.0.8 aborted, too.
