 PartitionAlloc/HardenedPartitionAlloc
 (https://github.com/struct/HardenedPartitionAlloc) have some interesting
 security properties we like to use (see: #20998 for a similar ticket wrt
 jemalloc). We should try to test them and compare them to jemalloc with
 partitioning enabled.
