Comment:

 As gk says, this is a fundamental problem with how ASAN interacts with
 PaX. You will have to disable PaX in userspace by booting with
 pax_softmode if you want to use ASAN (although I don't recommend that).

 This isn't something in the domain of Tor Browser to fix.
